• Daniel is a recognised third surveyor, this means that he is experienced in complex party wall matters and often resolves disputes for other surveyors in conflicts under the Act. He is a Director of the Faculty of the Party Wall Surveyors and delivers courses and CPDs to other party wall surveyors and as a result is always up to date with all case law under the Act.
• George is a highly experienced and competent Chartered Engineer with 15+ years of experience, therefore in combination with his detailed understanding of the Act, he is extremely well placed to identify real world construction risks and to spot building issues or defects.
• We are able to serve notices much faster than standalone Surveyors, as our experience and knowledge allows us to easily understand the proposed works, and can anticipate the relevant notifiable works even before the overall scheme is finalised.
